Who are we?

History

The Mutuelle d’attraction was created in 2007 thanks to the initiative of private entrepreneurs who realized they shared a common problem: their difficulties in recruiting and attracting qualified manpower.

Today, the Mutuelle d’attraction brings together known regional businesses, leaders in their fields, whose workforce totals more than 4,000 employees as well as the most important social economic players and organizations in the Beauharnois-Salaberry and Haut-Saint-Laurent MRC's region.

Our objectives

The Mutuelle d’attraction is a regional consultation initiative that seeks to establish and spread an efficient manpower attraction strategy through innovation. It is responsible for the development of a program that enhances its members and thus, contributes to attraction. Moreover, it allows members to better understand the value of manpower and to let it be reflected in their business plan. Finally, the Mutuelle d'attraction favours profitability, productivity, competitiveness and regional prosperity.

Attracting, keeping and developing manpower are challenges the Mutuelle d’attraction hopes to meet!
